Local Maldivian Gulha Delight:
Maldives is a country where people are extremely fond of sea food. Fish is one of the Major attractions. But Maldivians do not have the system of eating raw fish. The eat it in the form of fritters. The fish is coated with a batter mix and then fried. The variety of fishes which are eaten there are Skipjack Tuna, Yellow Tuna, Frigate Tuna, Bigeyescad, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi and Makeral scad.
