PENNE PASTA

Penne pasta recipe


Ingredients:

Olive oil: 3 tablespoon
Pasta 250gms
Green chillies: 1 chopped
1 small onion: chopped
Tomatoes : 2 chopped
1/2 Red Capsicum: chopped
1/2 yellow capsicum: chopped
Ginger-garlic paste : 1 tablespoon
Coriander: chopped 8 - 10 leaves
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Cheese cube grated: 2

Spices:
Asafoetida : 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper : 1/4 th teaspoon
Red chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes: 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Basil leaves: 8-10 leaves chopped
Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
Vinegar : 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar : 1 teaspoon
Salt : 1/2 tablespoon : for boiling
        : 1 teaspoon for cooking

Method:

Boil the pasta in water and add 1 tablespoon oil and 1/2 tablespoon oil in it.  Keeping stirring. Boil it for 30 minutes. Drain the water and place the pasta on cold water.  Again drain after 10 minutes. Set aside.
Take a deep frying pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil in it.  Add asfoedita, cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger garlic paste.  Add chopped vegetables and spices. Let it cook for 5 minutes.  Add the pasta.  Cook for another 5 minutes.  Turn off the gas knob and add vinegar. Now add butter and cheese.

The pasta is ready to serve.  Enjoy the delicious delicacy with your friends and family.
